Ash Delivers Boxing Day K.O.

Jake Ash scored the only goal of the game when Truro travelled to Weston-Super-Mare on Boxing Day 2011.

The fortuitous goal from the skipper came when a Weston defender tried to clear the ball only to see it hit Ash and rebound into the Weston goal.

The goal came as City were enduring a prolonged spell of pressure from the home side but City held on for the 3 points to put them level in the league table with Weston, whilst having to face the same opponents on New Years Day 2012.

Lets hope that City can take all 3 points on New Years Day to start 2012 as they mean to go on.  Kick off is at 3pm at Treyew Road.

Admission - Adults £10, OAP/Concession £7 and Children 12-16 £3.  Children under the age of 12 are free with a maximum of 2 per paying Adult.
