Car Parking
The Club car park, adjoining the ground, can hold approximately 200 cars. Once these spaces have been taken, additional car parking is available further along Treyew Road in the grounds of County Hall. Entry to this parking area is accessed from the Sainsbury’s/County Hall roundabout, situated some 400 yards to the west of the entrance to the ground.
Ground Access
The only spectator access to the ground is via the turnstiles, situated in the Club car park. Please note that the turnstile situated at the County Hall end of the ground is not normally in use.
Exiting the Ground
Cars will be directed to turn left when leaving the car park, thereby travelling in a westerly direction. For those wishing to travel in an easterly direction, it will be necessary to drive to the Sainsbury’s/County Hall roundabout (400 yards away) and circumnavigate the roundabout, returning in an easterly direction, passing the football ground on the right hand side.
On foot, Spectators can exit the ground via either of the two main gates situated either side of the Clubhouse or for those wishing to return to their cars in the County Hall car park or for those walking to the western side of the City, then the main gate at the County Hall end of the ground will be available for approximately 15 minutes following the end of the game.
Spectator Accommodation
Covered seating is available for approximately 600 spectators and is located at the County Hall end and in the main grandstand. Uncovered seating for approximately 1,000 spectators is located on the Treyew Road side of the ground. In addition, there is standing accommodation at the Clubhouse end of the ground along with limited undercover standing alongside the main grandstand.
Toilet facilities
These are located at the end of the Clubhouse, alongside the entrance to the players’ dressing rooms. Further facilities are in place at the County Hall end of the ground. There are also facilities located within the Clubhouse.
Disabled access/facilities
Access to the ground is gained via the gate alongside the turnstiles. Covered accommodation is available at the front of the main grandstand. Toilet facilities are located in the entrance area of the Club Boardroom, situated some 20 yards from the entrance to the ground.
Refreshments
These will be found at the Clubhouse end of the ground, alongside the players’ entrance to the pitch. A variety of hot and cold food and drink is available.
First Aid
Anyone requiring first aid should contact any of the Club’s Stewards, who will immediately arrange for the Club’s designated First Aider to attend.
Programmes/Team Sheets
Matchday programmes will be found at the Clubhouse end of the ground, immediately upon entering the ground via the turnstiles, priced at £2 each. Matchday team sheets will be available from the Media Centre, 15 yards to the right of the turnstiles, approximately 30-45 minutes before kick-off.
General Enquiries
Spectators having a specific enquiry should attend the Match Day Centre, alongside the Media Centre or speak directly to any Club Steward.
